If you ordered a single item and it is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know what your options are. The item can be put on back order or we can refund you the cost.

If you order is partially out of stock, we will also contact you to ask whether you would like to wait for the complete order or to partially ship the order with a refund done for the out-of-stock item.


We offer return refunds and exchange of items 14 days from the date of purchase. However, for sanitary reasons, not all items are eligible to be returned. Any exclusions will be called out on the product pages.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition.
  • Item(s) must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • It is up to the customer to cover the cost to ship and return item(s)

As long as you contact us within 14 days from the date of purchase, and the item is still the original packaging that it was sent.

Please note that certain products cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

How long do returns take?

The entire returns process may take up to 15 business days depending on where you are sending your return from.

We keep you updated via email about your returns, refunds and exchanges.
